Reverence is deeply ingrained in my being. Reverence cannot be explained, described or taught. It simply is. It is silent, yet it speaks loudly. It is invisible, yet it allows one to see heaven in a grain of sand and sometimes, just fleetingly, it allows you to see God in the mirror.

Love, needed to change our lives, calls on us to act on behalf of God in our lives by making the most of who we are, honouring ourselves as worthy and sacred, not letting anyone else overstep this, putting ourselves first, setting boundaries and asking of ourselves, ‘If God Loves me, unconditionally, who am I not to?

We simply do not realise how many times we have died, how many lifetimes we have lived during this short span of time on this earth, for true dying happens not when we leave our body, it happens when we leave our dreams, lose precious moments, give up on hope, deny our faith and most importantly, allow fear to eclipse trust.

I sincerely hope that your time away was filled with enough quiet moments to sustain you when your soul needs it, enough vision for a fulfilling adventure and enough gentle sighs to remind you of the wonder of this time.

True joy is the ability to let go and Let God – allowing the light of true beauty – your soul, to flow through you and bring compassion to all of life’s challenges.

The music of life may be softer now, gently playing in the corners of my mind, but I still feel the excitement, the fear, the doubt and the courage as I accept the invitation from my soul and bow to the first notes of the tango called life.
